Recombinant YopH
The PTP catalytic domain (a.a. 163 to a.a. 468) of Yersinia enterocolitica YopH is expressed in E.coli. The tyrosine-protein phosphatase YopH selectively hydrolyzes only phosphortyrosine-containing proteins and contains a Cys residue essential for catalysis.
