Kras is a member of the RAS protein family, which are a class of small GTPases involved in cell signaling. Plays a role in promoting oncogenic events by inducing transcriptional silencing of tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells in a ZNF304-dependent manner. The protein also contains mutation of interested Q61H loaded with GDP. Ready for use in the GDP/GTP exchange assay or as a negative control for Kras-RAF interaction.
