Kras is a member of the RAS protein family, which are a class of small GTPases involved in cell signaling. Plays a role in promoting oncogenic events by inducing transcriptional silencing of tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells in a ZNF304-dependent manner. The protein also contains mutation of interested G12A loaded with GppNHp, a non-hydrolysable GTP analog. Ready for use in Kras-RAF binding assay or inhibitor screening assay.
